Once we've completed our initial discussions, we’ll be in a position to produce refined dataflow and workflow models. Once you are satisfied with these, we will start implementation of your pilot Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 solution.
We say 'pilot' because this is the all-important stage where you get to try the system and make sure we have correctly interpreted your requirements. Initially the application will be hosted on Cerulean servers and accessed remotely for a fixed a period. As your staff are introduced gradually to the system, we will undertake development and customisation on the application based on the comments we receive back from you and your staff.
Once the pilot period comes to an end (usually around three months but dependent on when you are happy it is working to your complete satisfaction) the application is ready to be signed off. It’s at this point you will have the option to continue to rent the application via our hosted servers or purchase in-house (please see Deployment Options). In the highly unlikely event that you’re not happy with the end product at the end of the pilot period, you’ll be in a position to walk away without having to pay for something which doesn’t suit your requirements.
