Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 offers an extremely flexible licensing model. With the emphasis on flexibility and choice, you can buy your licences to suit your user needs.

• Full user licence providing read/write access
• Limited use user licence providing read-only access
• Additive user licence for those upgrading read-only users to full access

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 is licensed on a per user or per device basis. This means for businesses where multiple users access a single machine e.g. within a call centre, one device licence is required per machine. You may possibly be entitled to a discount on your licences – depending on the type of your organisation.
