For us, the critical stage of CRM implementation is the planning. That’s why you’ll find we spend a lot of time talking to you and all your key members of staff in great detail, finding out about your business and its requirements at every level.
This will mean in-depth conversations with users at all levels of the organisation – from Managing Directors through to everyday users. We'll need to know how everyone wants to use the software and what the priorities are for different departments. Once we're satisfied we've captured your business processes and workflows correctly we'll move on to our next step.
