Experience tells us that trying to predict the cost of a CRM implementation can be hazardous. A whole number of events could occur to push the cost of the project beyond what had been predicted. Therefore we will try and give you the control of what you want to spend by giving you the option of how much consultancy time you’ll need.
Our implementation strategy allows us the flexibility to customise the application on our hosted servers and therefore keep the costs low in the initial period until you’re satisfied that the software is ready for onsite deployment. Our options for implementation are below.
The prices are estimates, dependant on your requirements, but they should give an idea as to the total cost.
The Workgroup Implementation gives a typical price for deployments of under 5 users with the general amount of consultancy needed for an installation of this sort. Generally, limited complex customisation will be needed and user training will be completed will all users in a session.
Approximate Cost - £5,000/£7,500
The Small Business Implementation goes slightly further in terms of customisation for teams of between 5 and 15 users. In this scenario we’ll include a consultancy meeting to make sure we capture your requirements correctly.
Approximate Cost - £7,500/£12,500
Slightly larger implementations will typically include more customisation and training sessions, as well a more detailed requirements capture in the initial phase. In this option we’ll include after sales consultancy to maintain the software’s best fit for the company.
Approximate Cost - £15,000+
Our top level installation which will typically include 30 users or more will include high and low level requirements capture, complex customisation and administrative and key user training. After the implementation is complete we’ll be onsite for implementation support and further consultancy.
