Step IV - Support
Once this implementation support period is over, you can rest assured that Cerulean’s experienced team and its tiered assistance packages will always be close at hand.
Microsoft Software Assurance is a mandatory purchase with your initial licensing whereby your software will be upgraded within a two-year period at no extra charge.
On top of this, Cerulean offers three tiers of support:
- Essential Support: mandatory (first year) telephone and remote support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and customisations where the customisations have been delivered by Cerulean.
- Enhanced Support: just like essential but with additional half-day per month remote consultancy support for maintenance and upkeep of the application.
- Proactive Support: has all the benefits of essential and enhanced but with additional quarterly full-day onsite support consultancy for maintenance and upkeep of the application.
