Step III - Training

Once your Microsoft Dynamics CRM system has been implemented, our support team will offer you continued assistance.

Extensive system administrator and user training will be provided by our experienced and highly qualified staff. Whilst the implementation is in progress, the system administrator and users will have a Cerulean technical representative onsite to assist with any queries or support issues that may arise. This support will remain onsite for a fixed period to ensure the smooth implementation of your new application.
